Package from Sheri

It's been a few weeks and I'm so behind, but little miss Morgan received a lovely package from her new cousins Wesley,Sheri and Matt. It was such a nice surprise. The busy baby bag is so wonderful. You just throw it in the car and you always have toys! It's done wonders in just the last few weeks. Sheri is starting a new business online, it's not up yet, but put your email address on there, and they will let you know when it is up. It's www.thediaperbagcompany.com I can't wait til she gets it up, so I can check everything out. Thanks again Wesley, Sheri and Matt! We can't wait to get together soon.

Cousin Kay is Doing the 3 Day Breast Cancer Walk

A very special person to me, Kay, is doing the 3 day breast cancer walk in Tampa this year. She has to raise $2200 by Oct. I'm asking everyone I know to donate just $5 to Kay to help her walk. She is walking to honor my mother, who is overcoming breast cancer. It was such an honor that Kay wanted to walk for my mom. Please help, if you can, so Morgan's grandma will be able to celebrate all her birthdays with her. Thank you all so much. Here is her site http://08.the3day.org/site/TR/Walk/TampaBayEvent?px=1859026&pg=personal&fr_id=1190&et=eGAFCQWUa0_kSjbEtFFbzA..&s_tafId=1402

100 Wishes Quilt is Done!!!

Millie and Julie finished miss Morgan's quilt! It's so beautiful. I know they took a lot of their spare time to put this together for Morgan and I sure do appreciate it. I've decided I'm going to put it away and present it to Morgan when she is a little older along with all the good wishes. I think she will appreciate it a little more then. Thank you again Millie and Julie, you all did a wonderful job. Susan Schmitz in Dade City did the quilting and I just want to send her a big thank you also. Everytime I look at this quilt, I am just amazed at how much love was put into this and how grateful Morgan will be when she can understand how this whole quilt came together. Thank you again to everyone for helping and contributing.

Check out my Slide Show!

Princess Morgan

Miss Morgan is getting more beautiful everyday! She's also becoming my little star. The Purple Stork, who set up her announcements for me asked to put her images on their blog, which I was very proud of. Also, my new friend, Jenny, who made the beautiful tutu for Morgan put little Morgan's picture on ebay to sell her tutu's. You all have got to check out her ebay page. Jenny is under the name "thecheeracademy". She does an awesome job and is such a joy to work with. She will design the tutu however you like and it's so much fun for dress up. It's like Morgan feels like a princess when she is all dressed in her tutu. So check it out!

I wanted to post a few pictures of little Morgan with a dress that I found at a garage sale. I love to go to garage sales and get Morgan play clothes. I got this dress for $1 and she looks so adorable in it. Of course, the big pool of drool doesn't do the dress any justice, but you can get the iden. Did I already say she was beautiful? You just want to squish her.

Morgan's surgery went well

Well, we are home from the hospital. Morgan's tubes are in place. Dr. Lakhani said she had a lot of fluid built up, so they drained that out and placed the tubes in. Morgan is such a trooper. By the time we got back to her room, she was eating, drinking and playing. She is now napping. She's had a busy day. She will have another hearing test on April 28th. Let's hope she tests normal now. Thanks for all the prayers and concerns.

Thank You

I just wanted to take a minute and thank all my wonderful friends for the things they do for my little Morgan. First, Carol, thanks for the ladybug backpack/rolling suitcase. It's just so adorable. I'm sure as soon as Morgan knows what to do with it, she'll be rolling it up and down the hallway. Secondly, thank you Lori, for the beautiful Morgan sign. I know you spent a great deal of time on that and it means so much to me. It's going to look wonderful hanging above Morgan's door. I'm so glad you signed the back also. Lastly, thank you Debbie and Millie for the pan of lasagna! What a lifesaver. You all are so awesome. I'm a little behind on my thank you notes so, everyone, please accept my apologies.
Think about little Morgan wednesday morning as she will be getting her ear tubes put in. Love to you all.
